How can I access data?

Please contact your lead subscriber to obtain the passphrase. Once you have this please contact us so we can update your account.

How can I update my profile if I’ve changed organisation or my email address has changed?

How do I reset my password?

The easiest way to reset your password is to click on login and click on the 'Forgot Password' button (underneath the login box).

The system will then create a new password and email it to you. If the email doesn't arrive, please check your spam box or contact us so we can manually reset it for you.

What do I do if I see an error saying ‘data unexpired trusted ticket’?

In some circumstances this can easily be fixed by clicking the refresh button on your browser. However, if this doesn't work, then it is likely that you are using Internet Explorer 11 with the highest security settings.

These settings can sometimes block our visualisations. The first stage is to confirm whether you are using Internet Explorer 11. You can do this by visiting the web page: https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/ - the blue bar at the top will show the name and version of your browser.

If you are using Internet Explorer 11, there are two things that can be done to fix this issue:

  1. Adjust your security settings to a lower level or add 'prescqipp.info' and 'pdata.uk' to your trusted websites and cookie list. You may have to ask your IT department to do this
  2. Alternatively, you can use another web browser such as Google Chrome
