Biosimilar Ranibizumab webinars
In July, we welcome Tanya Serebryanska (Senior Pharmacist for Medicines Optimisation and Formulary, London Procurement Partnership), Lois Quayle (NHS England & Improvement), Denise Rosembert and Sarah Fenner (Specialist Pharmacy Service) who will be talking about biosimilar medicines and the introduction of the new ranibizumab biosimilar.
They will talk about the recent tender exercise undertaken to ensure best value Anti-VEGF treatments, a clinical perspective on the new ranibizumab biosimilar and what this means for ophthalmology, and the information available to healthcare professionals and patients to support the introduction of the biosimilar.
This webinar will be repeated over two dates so attendees only need to sign up to the date that is most convenient. The webinars will be recorded and recordings will be made available for people to listen to if they cannot attend either of the live events.
