IMPACT

On Wednesday 28th June 1-2pm, Katie Smith, Director of Clinical Quality, will demonstrate different ways to use the PrescQIPP Improving Medicines and Polypharmacy Appropriateness Clinical Tool (IMPACT) when doing a medication review.

IMPACT can help highlight high risk medicines, includes measures to improve patient safety to prevent incidents of avoidable significant harm, suggestions to optimise medicines use, as well as practical information on how to stop if needed.
