Logging into the PrescQIPP site - Saving login details
We have received some queries from subscribers who have ticked the ‘Remember me’ box on the login page, but find that they are having to re-enter their username and password each time they visit the PrescQIPP site.
There could be a couple of reasons for this.
Please note that even if you have ticked the ‘Remember me’ box, the browser will only remember you if you close the browser window without first logging out. If you have logged out, you will have to log in again the next time you open the browser and visit the PrescQIPP site.
Browser issue:
It could also be that the browser has remembered old login details such as a previous password. To resolve this, we suggest looking up instructions for the particular browser that you are using. Some examples include:
