This page will bring together all of the PrescQIPP wound care resources and showcase good practice examples of projects focusing on the rational use of wound care products. It includes tools that can be adapted for local use before implementation.
Wound Care - General Resources
Wound Care Categorisation Tool
The dressings section of the scorecard support tag methodology 15/16 can be downloaded and used to as a categorisation tool for local ePACT data on wound care product prescribing. A video describing why the tool has been developed, as well as the process of applying it to local ePACT data is available (see dark blue section below).
Video With an in Depth Explanation of the Wound Care Categorisation Tool
Sajida Khatri and Rachel Seeley explain what the wound care categorisation tool is, why it was developed and how it can be used.
Wound Care Webinar
