A dashboard supporting the monitoring of CCG performance in delivering the Home Oxygen Service within the East of England region.
CCG's are using the dashboard to explain why their cost/patient ranking is where it is and considering whether their low or high cost/patient reflect the best possible care for their oxygen patients, or if it reflects less than the best possible care for their oxygen patients.
