On the 22nd January, 1-2pm, we welcomed Tony Perkins, Senior Medicines Optimisation Pharmacist from Northern Eastern Western Devon Clinical Commissioning Group to further capture and share their Innovation Award from October 2018 for Adherence and Waste - Inhaler use reviews for patients prescribed inhaled corticosteroids.
Tony presented and shared their experience of launching this project with local pharmacies and shared some data captured from the pilot. Tony talked about the success stories as well as the lessons learned.
The presentation was be followed by a Q & A session.
