Clare Thomson joined us this month to provide an insightful webinar on Heart Failure Reviews.
Clare is currently a Lead PCN Pharmacist in South West London and a Training Programme Lead for Advance Practice with NHSE. She has also just completed the Chief Pharmaceutical Officer's Fellowship where she had an active role in supporting the production of the new Repeat Prescribing Toolkit.
Prior to working in a PCN, Clare was the Senior Cardiovascular Pharmacist in Heart Failure at Guys and St Thomas' NHS Trust for over 6 years and she continues to share her knowledge and wealth of experience in this specialist area at conferences and training events.
