Skills training - Mentoring - Part 2

On 11th December, we welcome Helen Liddell, in the second of this 2 part series on mentoring skills.

Helen will build on the basics outlined in Part 1 and apply this to a number of scenarios and cases. Helen will explore how it can support programmes such as those leading to foundation, advanced and consultant level skills development as well as how it links to the NHS leadership academy.

Signposts are provided to additional resources and support for anyone wanting to become a mentor, at any level, or for those who have identified the benefit of having a mentor themselves either for personal or professional development purposes.
